Shipping & Delivery Information
We understand that when you order online, you want to know how your parcel is being sent, when it will arrive, and what to expect. That’s why we keep our shipping terms clear, straightforward, and transparent.
UK Shipping
For UK customers, we offer reliable flat-rate shipping via Royal Mail.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or postal disruption.
UK Shipping Rates
- Small items: £1.85 – £2.85
- Large or high-value items: £3.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding:
- Bank Holidays
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- New Year’s Day
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Parcel weight
- Your shipping destination
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will do our best to assist.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge:
- Import duties
- VAT or local sales tax
- Customs handling fees
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs charges, any refund issued will exclude the original shipping cost and any additional charges incurred.
To comply with customs regulations:
- We cannot mark parcels as gifts.
- We cannot alter the declared value of an order.
Delivery Restrictions
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional postage costs.
Shipping Delays & Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Postal or courier delays
- Customs processing delays
- Industrial action
- Severe weather or carrier disruption
Where possible, we will always try to assist.
Returns & Shipping
If you need to return an item, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy before sending anything back.
Returns sent without authorisation or to an incorrect address may not be received.
